Obviously before we even get to the anwswers you want to make certain that you are at least 15 min early for the interview that you have dressed appropriately
and that you have extra copies of your resume and any training documentaion as well as articles or press releases on yourself from other employers

Companies now a days don’t ask some of the standard questions anymore like:

tell me about yourself?

why should we hire you?

why do you want to work here?

Don’t get me wrong depending on the company some of them may still do that, but what I have found is that they are more interested in other things like, your employment history
and you behaviors on the job

So they will go over your resume and check for short period of employment and ask you
Why have you had so many jobs in such a short period of time?

But, more importantly they will look for gaps in employment and ask you to explain them, which you must be prepared to do.

They will probably start off with a question relating to your skill set
so if you are applying for a bartender position, they will look at places that you worked as a bartender or maybe a food server and ask you about those places…
